For retainer clients, we guarantee a response time of 4-8 business hours for non-urgent requests. For critical, site-down emergencies, we have a 1-hour response time guarantee.
Up to 25% of your unused monthly hours can be rolled over to the next month. Our goal is to provide value, not to have you lose out on your investment. We also proactively suggest tasks to utilize your hours effectively.
